This set of Tefillin is made from sheep or goat hide and features knots, straps and writing that follows the Middle Eastern and North African tradition followed by Sephardic Jewry.

This set of Tefillin includes two Tefillin boxes and straps made from authentic sheep or goat hide. The Tefillin - "Phylacteries" in English - comes with scrolls inside the boxes that have sections of the Torah from the Books of Exodus and Deuteronomy on them using the Velish script used by the Sephardic Jewish Community that hails from the Middle East, North Africa, Spain and Portugal. The Tefillin boxes have been painted jet black and the Head Tefillin (Shel Rosh) features three branch and four branch Shins on the sides. The Tefillin straps feature black on top and are either grey or brown on the bottom.
Please note that the Tefillin have been checked by hand and by computer to ensure they are Kosher.
Make sure to indicate whether you are left or right-handed so that the Tefillin straps will be tied correctly.
