The term Candle Holders is one that incorporates a variety of products including Hanukkah Menorahs, Shabbat Candlesticks, Seven branch Menorahs and Oil Lamps. This combination of products represents all the candlesticks used in Jewish celebrations throughout the year.

Seven branch menorahs are candle holders that are used mainly for display. They represent the one used in the Jewish temple and described in Exodus. They are often seen in Synagogues and Jewish homes but are never lit. They are one of the symbols used to represent Judaism and the Jewish people. They come in a huge variety of designs and shapes although many of them are based on the depiction seen on the Titus Arch in Rome. They come in gold or silver and often have details of Jerusalem. The miracle of Hanukkah is that while Jerusalem was under siege a group managed to get into the temple and light the menorah, there was enough oil in the cups to last for one day but it miraculously burned for eight. Shabbat candlesticks are used as part of the Kiddush ceremony to welcome in the Shabbat. They are usually lit by the mother of the household and a prayer is said over them.
