Purple Mezuzah Scroll Case by Adi Sidler
Description
The core of this mezuzah is made to look like a parchment scroll viewed through an acrylic glass window and framed by specially treated anodized aluminum designed by Adi Sidler.
Material | Aluminium |
---|---|
Size | 8cm |
This modern looking mezuzah is rather special. It has a window made of acrylic glass which peers inside of the mezuzah scroll. Please note that the parchment is not included, what you see is made to represent the sacred scroll inside. The aluminum frame of the mezuzah case has been specially treated with an anodizing process so that the purple color will not fade with time.
Israeli born artist, Adi Sidler graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem where he received several prestigious scholarships and honors in the field of metalwork and object design. Adi has emerged as one of Israel’s sought after Judaica artists. Using anodized aluminum in combination with innovative laser cutting methods, his works are characterized by their clean cut, minimal lined and polished look.
This would make a great present for any occasion!
Please Note: Mezuzah case only, scroll not included.
This mezuzah is made available to encase an 8cm or 12cm parchment.
